These examples of innovations consist of a series of training programmes, strategies, good practices and policies which aim to improve working conditions and the training of logistics employees, in three operating jobs (forklift driver, warehouse operative, pickers & packers) and in three management jobs (logistics assistance function: logistics analyst, logistics engineer, logistics controller).
