The NOVALOG framework of competencies consists in the description of six logistics jobs - forklift driver, order picker, warehouse operator, logistics analyst, logistics controller and logistics engineer - as they have been analysed in sixteen countries.

For each job, are developed tasks, activities and associated competencies (technical or relational competencies, skills...).

The jobs are gathered in two main fonctions: warehousing and logistics assistance.

For each fonction, are presented a description of what they recover, their fields of activities and an analysis of the related jobs.
